Twenty One IRC "BlackJack"

This is an IRC 21 game that I made, based off of my other IRC bot, Darkbot. It is a stand-alone program written in C, and requires almost no setup in order to run. Please see the screenshot below to get an idea of how the game is played. The rules and tip links below will also be very helpful to you.
